"Running"

This is the start of my next attempt at blogging. I am focusing on my efforts to become a "runner". It is in air quotes because what I call running might be laughable to serious runners but, I like it and it makes me happy. More to come...

    Followed you here from your comment on the Penguin's...
    I've been an on-again, off-again "runner" (i.e. a Penguin => very, very slow even when I knocked out 3 mi/day!) for about 22 yrs now, so keep after it!
